Shipping options & costs
We currently offer standard shipping within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your package and its destination. Good news! We offer free shipping on all orders over $50. Simply add items to your cart until you reach $50, and the free shipping option will automatically apply at checkout.
Order processing time
We understand you're excited to receive your TwistedBeads goodies! Please allow 2 to 3 business days for us to process your order. This includes carefully handcrafting your keychains, pens, and resin items, as well as packaging them securely for shipment. Once your order is processed, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Returns policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. Please note that personalized items may not be returned.
